These terms apply to quotes, orders and services from Pro Print Ja LLC (“Pro Print Ja,” “we,” “us”), and to your use of proprintja.com. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to them.
1. Quotes and pricing
- Prices on our website are starting prices that include your print. Final pricing depends on the item, quantity, design size, number of print locations, colors, artwork work needed, and deadline.
- We provide a written quote (by email, text or message) before work begins. Quotes are valid for 14 days, unless we say otherwise.
- Prices may change if you change the order after approving the quote.
- Website prices don’t create a binding offer. An order begins when you approve our quote and we confirm it.
2. Orders and approval
- An order is confirmed when you approve the quote, and (if required) pay the deposit or payment, and we confirm in writing.
- We’ll send a digital proof or description of your design for approval before printing, where practical. Once you approve it, you are responsible for any errors in it, including spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, sizing, colors and placement.
- We may decline or cancel any order, for example if the artwork is unsuitable or we can’t produce it as requested.
3. Payment
- We require a 50% deposit to begin production. The balance is due at pickup or delivery.
- We accept Zelle, Cash App, and cash on delivery.
- If payment is not received when due, we may pause the order, charge for work already done, and keep the items until it’s paid.
4. Artwork, design and intellectual property
- Free design assistance is provided as described in your quote. Extensive redesigns, vectorizing or multiple rounds of changes may carry a design fee, which we’ll tell you in advance.
- You promise that you own, or have permission to use, everything you ask us to print (logos, images, text, photos, characters, brand names). We can’t print copyrighted or trademarked material without proof of permission, and we may refuse any design for that reason.
- You agree to defend and hold Pro Print Ja harmless from claims that your artwork infringes anyone’s rights.
- Artwork you give us stays yours. Designs we create for you remain ours until the order is paid in full, after which you may use them for the purpose of the order. We may keep your artwork files to make reorders.
- We may photograph finished products, including the designs and logos printed on them, and share them on our website, Instagram and Facebook. We won’t share customers’ personal contact details. Tell us if you’d like your order kept out of our portfolio.
5. Production, turnaround and quality
- Turnaround times in a quote are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders are ready in 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. Delays can result from late approval, supplier stock, weather, or shipping.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Ask us when you request your quote.
- Custom printing involves natural variation. Colors may differ slightly from what you see on a screen, between print methods, and between fabric colors and batches. Small variations in placement and size are normal.
- We may substitute a garment or blank of equal or better quality if the requested one is unavailable, and we’ll tell you first when it affects your order.
- Printed items should be washed and cared for as instructed. We aren’t responsible for damage from improper care, such as high heat, harsh chemicals or bleach.
6. Cancellations and changes
- You can change or cancel before production starts. After we’ve begun (including purchasing blanks or preparing artwork), we may keep the deposit or charge for work done and materials bought.
- Custom items can’t be canceled once printed.
7. Returns, defects and refunds
- Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or give refunds for custom items, including for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or errors in artwork you approved.
- If we make a mistake, or an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with your order details and photos. At our choice, we’ll reprint, repair, or refund the affected items. This is your sole remedy for defective work.
- We aren’t responsible for errors that come from the customer, such as information or artwork you supplied.
7A. Orders left unclaimed
If an order isn’t picked up or paid for within 30 days after we notify you, we may treat it as abandoned, keep any deposit, and sell or dispose of the items.
8. Pickup and shipping
- Local pickup in Panama City Beach is by appointment. Bring your order confirmation, and check your items at pickup.
- Shipping: we ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is paid by the customer, and we’ll quote the cost in advance. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly and we’ll help with the carrier’s claim.
- Please make sure the shipping address is correct. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an address you gave us.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading harmful files, or submitting false or abusive requests. We may block access or remove uploads to protect the site. The content on our site (text, logos, designs and photos) belongs to Pro Print Ja or its licensors, and you may not copy it without permission.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
- Our website and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Pro Print Ja isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or event losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
11. Privacy

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida, and you agree to that location, unless the law gives you a different right.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
